This site is located at Sunnyside Cliff, just off US-93 in Lincoln County.  I’ve seen this location also referred to as the Shoshone Frog location, due to the unique petroglyph representation of what’s thought to be a frog (although it’s doubtful it was done by the Shoshone people).  It’s a small location and has some graffiti (this drives me crazy!).  Besides the “Shoshone frog” there are two horned figures, which are usually considered to be shamans.  Also, there’s a petroglyph depiction of a human footprint.  Not unusual, as you see these all the time.  But, what makes this one unusual is it’s size…it’s tiny!  It must be the smallest footprint petroglyph I’ve come across.  The two shamans and the big horn sheep are also rather small…I wonder if the small size of these petroglyphs represents something?
