Twenty One Goats can be accessed via a wash in the Gold Butte National Monument area of Nevada (near the Nevada & Arizona border).  Gold Butte has some really amazing geological formations and lots of ancient Native America rock art locations (some well known, others not listed anywhere).  It’s close to the Falling Man petroglyphs, as well as several other rock art sites (e.g., Mud Wash, Kohta Circus, Lollipops, etc.).  The main panel contains (you guessed it) 21 depictions of big horn sheep (but, yeah, the name is still 21 goats, go figure).  The Black Butte Dam trailhead is located at the beginning of the wash area, too.
