The Lost Creek trail is located near the back of the Red Rock National Conservation Area (RRNCA).  The trailhead can be located off a short drive from the scenic route, near the Willow Springs picnic area and Petroglyph Wall Trail.  It’s a well-defined trail, with several other trails branching from it (SMYC trail, etc.).  Deep within Lost Creek Canyon is the waterfall, dry much of the year, but flowing after the spring snow melt and any type of rain activity.  Throughout the trail, there are remnants of our ancient past, including several shelters, petroglyphs and pictographs.  Please respect these treasures of our past, taking only pictures and leaving only footprints.
